Colon Hydrotherapy is a method of colon cleansing. For 30 to 45 minutes applies pressure water through the colon to remove the droppings blocked, toxic wastes and residues that stick to the walls of the colon.

It is a complex system that also uses ozone in water. Each colon hydrotherapy session, about 70 liters of water pass through the patient’s colon. However it is not at all uncomfortable or unpleasant, quite the opposite. It’s very pleasant experience and gives a sense of comfort and lightness.

To determine the effects of colon hydrotherapy in the body, we must understand how the colon. The colon is part of the digestive system, excretory, this means that participates in the elimination of toxins from the body. It is an organ that is connected to all parts of the body.

That’s why, when accumulated toxins in the colon or when there is inadequate disposal of them, upset the balance of bodily functions and all systems begin to operate more slowly, hindering the functions of the organs. This occurs as a reaction of the body to produce fewer toxins and avoid further accumulation in the colon.

The applications of colon hydrotherapy are varied to prepare the colon before a certain type of studies and thus facilitate diagnosis, detoxification therapy in a wide variety of diseases or as part of a bowel training program in paraplegics or people with disabilities.

But without doubt that the application of colon hydrotherapy is more valuable as a preparation for intestinal surgery, provides an optimal surgical field, free of bacteria and toxic substances can also cause a postoperative complication.

Over the millennia has been prevailing a list of healing herbs that are beneficial in large scale, which is the reason for its success.

However, not all of these plants carry benefits, and even many of them have been used in ancient times unaware of their toxic properties, which can cause many problems in the consumer if not adopted prudence and restraint in their use.

In Spain there is an existing regulation that prohibits the sale of certain plants (or parts of them) that can be toxic to the consumer, and if anyone has tried to sell plants you do not know or trust them, perhaps in the case of a prohibited plant .

In this link you can download the law regulating the sale of medicinal plants in Spain, which you may find it helpful to know what you’re buying. Remember it is better to be informed before buying plants from a seller yourself use unknown or based on your intuition, as many plants (but healing) have toxic effects on our body.

It is quite often occur in people allergic or relating to the symptoms of an allergy.

Asthma attacks or asthma attacks may occur by various factors including weather conditions, hyperventilation, smoke or dust and may even trigger an asthma attack by intense emotional situations.

Some home remedies for asthma that can be found among natural medicines can help and a lot not only to relieve symptoms of asthma but to have controlled the disease and trying to cope with asthma as naturally as possible.

Home remedies for asthma:

With three grams of poppy petals prepare a tea in a quart of boiling water, take two tablespoons every hour.

Puffs of steam dried sage leaves, slightly chopped.

We can apply a poultice of hot mud on his chest for twenty minutes without letting it cool, remove with warm water.

Take a quarter cup of nettle extract mixed with a tablespoon of olive oil in the morning

Sun is good for asthma, it is recommended sunbathing in places where there is not wind to harness the sun’s rays.

A couple of cups of strong coffee might be useful in case of an impending asthma attack, to stop their occurrence.

Eat grilled onions before going to bed is good for asthma,

Or a clove of garlic dipped in honey.

A small glass of carrot juice every day softens the effects of asthma.

Other recommendations for asthma tell us that we must achieve a relaxed environment to reduce asthma attacks. Good hydration is also important and of course do not smoke or allow smoking near an asthmatic.

Eucalyptus is a tall evergreen tree that can grow to 60 feet or more. Eucalyptus obtain a high quality wood and eucalyptus leaves have medicinal properties.

The medicinal Eucalyptus, Eucalyptus is called male whose scientific name is Eucalyptus globulus Labill. There are other varieties of the eucalyptus family do not have the same medicinal properties.

With eucalyptus leaves some natural remedies are prepared which serve as expectorants, balsamic, astringent and anti. It is also used for making soap and lotions.

One of the most effective medicinal properties, better used by the pharmaceutical industry, medicinal eucalyptus is to be a powerful expectorant and for colds.

For this we prepare an infusion with 20 grams of eucalyptus leaves per liter of water. Taking three or four cups very hot day and mixed with honey is an excellent soothing tea for cold, flu or bronchitis. This same infusion, allowing it to cool, you can use to relieve inflammation in the mouth and throat.

A homemade recipe for cough that is well known to many people, especially rural areas where eucalyptus trees abound, is made with eucalyptus steam inhalations. Place about 40 grams of eucalyptus leaves in a liter of water and boil for a few minutes, then we cover the head with a towel and breathe deeply so that the steam into the airways.

The eucalyptus steam inhalation medicine are an excellent natural remedy for bronchitis, catarrh, colds and may be helpful in case of an asthma attack.

To combat rheumatism and relieve symptoms boil 100 grams of eucalyptus leaves per liter of water and do bathing.

If you choose some pills are better than eucalyptus. That when it comes to taste, but really talking about medicinal properties this tree has many benefits associated with it. Besides being excellent for fighting bad breath, there are other applications of the dental health are quite effective.

One is the application of eucalyptus against gingivitis, an inflammation of the gums bleeding from them, which is caused by the accumulation of debris in it and by poor dental hygiene. Eucalyptus essential oil can combat it, and then we tell you how.

The method consists of eucalyptus essential oil diluted in water and apply a few drops of it on the gums, massaging them with him. You can also dilute six drops of essential oil in a glass of water and mouthwashes do with it.

The ability of eucalyptus to fight gingivitis nature lies in its natural antibacterial, medicinal tree because this kills the bacteria responsible for gum and gingivitis. It also provides natural pain relief, something typical in people with gingivitis.

It is important to note that the essential oil of eucalyptus should be used cautiously because of potential toxicity, and should not be diluted or even swallow. Be sure to consult a dentist before using it to fight gingivitis, and if you do not have their support not in use.

Older people who took the ginkgo biloba for several years have not obtained a slower cognitive decline compared to those taking a placebo in a study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA).

Ginkgo biloba is widely marketed and used with the hope to improve, prevent or delay cognitive impairment associated with aging and neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s disease. But data from large clinical trials on its effects on cognitive functioning in the long term are lacking.

Beth E. Snitz the University of Pittsburgh (USA) and colleagues analyzed the results of the Ginkgo Evaluation of Memory (GEM) to determine whether Ginkgo b. slowed cognitive decline in elderly patients who had normal cognition or mild cognitive impairment at the beginning of the study.

This study has previously shown that Ginkgo b. was not effective in reducing the risk of Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias.

It was conducted with 3069 persons, aged 72-96 years residing in the community. They were randomly assigned to take twice daily dose of 120 mg of ginkgo extract b. or a placebo of identical appearance. They were followed 6.1 years on average. The evaluators did not know which product each participant had received. It is the largest study using the rigorous methodology to date.

The results showed no effect of the extract of Ginkgo b. overall cognitive change and the specific areas such as memory, language, attention, visuospatial abilities and executive functions (planning, decision making, etc..). No difference was also found according to age, gender, ethnicity or cognitive level at the beginning of the study.

“In sum, we found no evidence that Ginkgo b. slows cognitive decline in older people. These results are consistent with previous smaller studies that focused on the prevention of decline and the facilitation of cognitive performance as well as ‘with the Cochrane review, conducted in 2009, studies published to date on the subject, “say the authors.

(One) highest study to date, funded by the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine and the National Institute on Aging.

(2) The MCI is an intermediate state between normal cognitive status due to the age in which this is a degree of forgetfulness and a state where most pronounced deficits frequently progress to Alzheimer’s disease. It is characterized by forgetfulness light, language difficulties and other cognitive problems that are observable but do not interfere with everyday tasks.

Dr. Zamboni launched Wednesday before members of the American Academy of Neurology meeting in Toronto, a call for caution. The treatment is still experimental and it must be under strict scientific supervision.

While clinics in some countries, including Poland, have begun offering the treatment, which is to unlock the veins of the neck with a balloon angioplasty, a technique already used to unblock the arteries leading to heart Dr. Zamboni urges patients not to undergo such treatment as their effectiveness and safety have not been better demonstrated.

Dr. Robert Zivadinov, University of Buffalo, who conducts studies on the role IVCC also urges people with the disease to expect that the efficacy of this treatment is best demonstrated prior to submit.

(1) The phenomenon would cause the creation of a new venous system to remedy the deficiency and promote drainage venous blood out of the central nervous system. According to the hypothesis of Dr. Zamboni, the level of membrane integrity of these vessels would offset lower than that of larger vessels and lead to leakage of blood into surrounding tissue. This is the origin of iron deposits that would trigger an immune response. (Source: Canadian multiple sclerosis),
